Gemma is incredibly excited to be at the intersection of fashion, collaboration, technology, and social enterprise with Nineteenth Amendment. Along with others on the team, she was part of the inaugural Startup Institute class. Prior to joining the Nineteenth Amendment, Gemma worked in Venture Capital at Redstar Ventures in Boston and strategic communications consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton in DC where she launched a rebranded policy search tool for the Department of Defense. Before graduating, Gemma founded a consulting firm through the Kauffman Foundation called UR Consulting Group in Rochester, NY, and interned in advertising at Ogilvy and Mather in LA. Gemma completed her undergraduate education at the University of Rochester with a Bachelors degree in Anthropology and English Communication and a minor in Economics.
