Known for her ability to strategically position brands as well as meticulously articulate her vision, she has held senior leadership roles at several prestigious design houses. She created and launched Jil Sander Navy as the youthful, lifestyle extension to the advanced designer luxury brand. She was an integral member of the launch team that repositioned Belstaff 1924.
As President of the niche footwear label, Hollywould and as Managing Director of accessible luxury women’s fashion brand Adrienne Vittadini, she presided over strategic repositioning resulting in growth for both their retail and online platforms.
Most recently, as Senior Vice President, Division Head at Global Brands Group, Laura led a portfolio of women’s apparel brands including Ellen Tracy, Kenneth Cole, Buffalo Jeans and Bebe, in addition to a private label division focused on best in class career separates.
A graduate of FIT, Laura began her career with a 12 year tenure at Ann Taylor, rising from field management trainee to Vice President during the specialty retailers explosive growth from 36 stores to +250 and the company’s IPO.
A world traveler, she has a passion for politics and a weakness for accessories. In addition to being a successful fashion executive, she is a great partner to her entrepreneurial husband and a stepmum to three awesome kids.
