Natalie is a Founding Managing Partner at Apeira Capital as was formally the Managing Director and Head of Simon Ventures, where she lead all aspects of investment strategy and fund management.
She has been featured as an industry expert and panelist on the topic of retail innovation, contributing to thought leadership through articles and panel discussions. In recognition for her work, she was named to Global Corporate Venturing’s list of Rising Stars for 2016 and Global Corporate Venturing’s Powerlist of the top 100 heads of corporate venture funds for 2017.
Prior to Simon Ventures, she was an executive at The Blackstone Group where she was involved with the firm's seeding platform for investing in emerging alternative asset management businesses. Prior to her transition to the world of finance and asset management, she was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. She received her B.A. in Public Policy Studies and Economics from Duke University and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
