Adam Weiss is a digital marketing executive with over 20 years of leadership in affiliate and performance marketing. He has deep expertise across publisher development, partnerships, client services, and product strategy—consistently driving growth and innovation in the online performance marketing space.
Adam began his career with 24/7 Media and About.com before spending more than 14 years at Rakuten Marketing, where he served as SVP and General Manager of the Affiliate Network. He later founded Weiss Digital Consulting, advising publishers, brands, and tech partners on performance marketing strategy and growth.
Today, as President, North America at Awin Global, Adam leads Awin across the U.S. and Canada, guiding their evolution toward more strategic, technology-driven partnerships.
