Allison advises on a broad variety of corporate matters to support clients in the technology and life sciences industries. Her practice includes the formation of and representation of new startup companies, venture capital and debt financings, tender offers and structured secondaries and corporate governance. Allison provides clients with practical and thoughtful advice to help solve their business and legal issues, and assists clients in structuring, negotiating and closing business transactions quickly and effectively. Representative clients include Andros Technologies, Attersee, Hill House Home and Talos Trading. She also represents and advises leading incubators, angel investors, venture capitalists and strategic investors investing in life sciences and technology companies.
Allison received her JD from the University of California College of the Law and her BA from Boston College. Allison was recognized as one of Super Lawyers’ New York Metro Rising Stars in 2021 and is admitted to practice in California, New York and Washington State.
