Avisheh’s practice focuses on advising both U.S. and non-U.S. client companies in a broad range of corporate and securities law matters and transactions, including initial and follow-on public offerings, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law and compliance. Although Avisheh counsels clients in a variety of industries, she has most recently developed an industry focus in life sciences and technology companies.
Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Avisheh served as in-house counsel for a major international dry bulk shipping concern. Before that, Avisheh was in private practice — first, at an international maritime law firm, where she represented lenders and ship owners in maritime-related financial transactions. Subsequently, at a national law firm, she represented private companies in connection with corporate formation, private and venture capital debt and equity placements, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
