Francesca Whitehead is a Vice President at Fifth Wall, where she focuses on leading thematic work and executing deals across climate tech in the US and in Europe. She closed transaction in nZero (series A), Solarcycle (series A and equipment financing). Woltair (series A and working capital facility), and Soly (series B). Francesca was included on Fortune 40 under 40 and StartUp Basecamp's list of "Women driving the future of climate tech. Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Francesca was an investor at G2 Venture Partners where she closed transactions in ProducePay (series C), Pivot Bio (series D), Trove (series D), and Oyster (series C). She was part of the KKR Global Impact Fund's inaugural team and was involved in the buyout of Graduation Alliance, which was the funds' largest deal to date. While at KKR, she co-founded NorthStar Collective, an impact investor networking group that currently has 150+ members and quarterly events. She started her career at Goldman Sachs in the natural resources investment banking group. Francesca was born in Hong Kong and currently lives in New York City. She graduated from Brown University and received a BA in economics.
