Hana Ben-Shabat is business advisor, thought leader, public speaker and a board member with over 25 years of expereince across industries including technology and consulting to consumer related businesses. She currently serves as an advisor and a board member of several tech start-ups including Nextail, an Artificial Intelligence platform that optimizes inventory for fashion retailers and Palate Wizards, a loyalty marketing platform for the Wine and Spirits industry.
Hana is a former partner and a board member of A.T. Kearney, the management consulting firm, where she worked with C-level executives of leading retailers and consumer brands on issues of growth strategy, organizational effectiveness and profitability improvement.
Known for her industry insight, she is a sought-after speaker and business commentator and is frequently quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, The New York Times and Women’s Wear Daily. She was named as one of the Top 25 Consultants by Consulting magazine in 2010.
Hana is a graduate of the Partnership for New York City’s David Rockefeller Fellowship. She served as advisory council member of WE NYC ( an initiative of the department of small businesses dedicated to helping women start and grow their businesses), and is a member of the advisory council of ESPC Business School – Lectra Fashion and Technology Chair, an initiative dedicated for developing deeper understanding of technological trends affecting the fashion industry and their broader economic, social and environmental impact.
She holds a B.A. degree in Political Science (Major) and Psychology from Tel Aviv University, an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management and a Diploma in Corporate Finance from London Business School.
