Julie Silverstone DeLoca is a creative strategist, interim executive, and brand marketing leader with deep experience across fashion, retail tech, social impact, and lifestyle. She has spent over two decades partnering with founders and CEOs of global brands, high-growth startups, and mission-driven organizations, helping them translate vision into clear strategies, operating plans, and market-ready stories.

As founder of LOCA Marketing, Julie has served as interim CMO and strategic advisor for companies including SEDDI, EcoFashion Corp, Capezio, NY Presbyterian Hospital, and Spring Place, leading full-funnel growth initiatives, brand revitalizations, and data-driven marketing transformations at key inflection points. A longtime mentor and advisor, she has supported women-led founders through Springboard Enterprises, the Tory Burch Foundation, Colgate’s Thought Into Action program, and, of course, the New York Fashion Tech Lab, where she loves helping entrepreneurs sharpen their story, pressure-test their go-to-market, and navigate the realities of selling into enterprise fashion and retail.
