Before embarking on her coaching career, Katharine led Brand Communications for Tory Burch and began her career at Accenture. She has 15+ years of experience working with top leaders in tech, fashion, entertainment, consulting, and politics.

Katharine serves as an advisor to the Tory Burch Foundation Fellows Program and the New York Fashion Tech Lab and as Vice President of the board of Our Shared Kitchen, a nonprofit feeding unhoused communities in Austin. She lives mostly in Brooklyn, occasionally in Big Sur, with her husband and two daughters.
