Libby is a retail consultant with over 13 years of experience in Merchandise Planning, Buying, and Merchandising.  She specializes in business development and product strategy.

Prior to consulting, Libby’s last role was as the Senior Director of Women’s Merchandising for Coach, leading omni-channel commerce in North America. During her seven-year tenure, she focused on driving conversion metrics by building consistent product messages in over 300 Coach retail stores and

Libby began her career in Merchandise Planning and Buying for Marshall Field’s, a subsidiary of Target. She also was a buyer at Saks Fifth Avenue prior to moving into vertical retail at Coach. She is passionate about balancing the application of data and analytics toward business development, while still creating an exciting customer experience in-store and online.
