Nicole Falco is a partner at TH Experiential, a creative agency that for the past fifteen years has helped hundreds of Fortune 500 brands develop and execute integrated experiential marketing campaigns. TH is 80% female, 54% people of color, and 36% Black and African American with a collective mission to make experience-based marketing the most accessible, inclusive, and powerful activation tool for brands to stay top of mind and grow their market share.
Clients including Chase, L’Oreal, Unilever, Target and Mattel are being inspired and guided to move past traditional legacy advertising and media to create hybrid experience and cause based campaigns that reach people physically where they are and virtually on devices they are on. She developed a unique multidisciplinary approach to building campaigns with cross functional collaboration between 2D, 3D, AR, MR, CGI design and engineering teams.
Her passion for technology innovation led to the agency becoming an incubator for new and emerging digital technology start ups.
Prior to her agency leadership, she spent two decades working with luxury fashion and prestige beauty brands including Armani and Estee Lauder directing retail experience and event marketing teams. At MAC Cosmetics, she led business transformation for the $3 billion dollar brand, introducing their first ever global consumer digital educational program for sixty markets generating annual revenues of over $60 million.
