Nizar has been an active venture capitalist in the fashion and luxury space for over 10 years. He is the Founder and Managing Partner at TLF Ventures Luxembourg, a venture capital fund that invests at the intersection of luxury, fashion and technology. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of The Luxury Fund Management where he invested in fashion brands and fashion-tech startups across the US, Europe, and the MENA region.
Additionally, he is a Partner at I2BF Global Ventures, a NY-based leading venture capital group that focuses on early-stage deep technology investments and the future of media. He is a member of the Investment Committee of TVM Capital Healthcare, a Healthcare and Life Science private equity fund.
Nizar sits on the board of several companies in the fashion and fashion-tech spaces.
Prior to that, Nizar was the CEO of Al-Per Solutions, a Dubai and Geneva-based company specializing in fund administration services. Nizar was also a Partner at Injazat Capital where he worked as the Director of the Injazat Technology Fund, a Dubai-based private equity fund dedicated to technology investments in the MENA region.
Nizar holds a B.A. in Economics from the American University of Beirut and a M.S. in Finance from ESCP Business School. He also completed an extensive program in Finance at HEC in Paris.
