Ola currently the Chief Operating Officer, HW3 // House of Web3. Prior to that she was an investor at Collaborative Fund, a NY-based venture capital firm, where she helps lead sustainability investments across materials, food, and decarbonization. Ola is passionate about women taking control of their financial future, and is a founding member of BFF, an initiative that empowers women and non-binary people to invest in crypto/web3.
Prior to working at Collaborative, Ola was an investor at ICONIQ Capital, a $80B+ multi-family office, focusing on investments in Venture Capital, Growth Equity, and Private Equity. Prior to ICONIQ, Ola worked at Credit Suisse in the Technology group as an investment banking analyst and Ironwood Partners as an investor.
Ola received an Honors B.A. from The Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario. Ola grew up in Toronto, London, and Ukraine.
