Zsofia has spent 10 years at the Net-A-Porter Group as Global Head of Retail Operations during its meteoric rise from a UK-based small startup to a market-leading global powerhouse of luxury ecommerce with revenues of over $1B. She is currently the Managing Director of Jamieson Consulting, providing fractional COO and management consultancy services to businesses at the intersection of fashion and tech, with a strong focus on startup incubation, retail technology, ecommerce, distribution, retail & business operations and talent acquisition/retention.
Additionally, Zsofia serves on the Board of Stamford Entrepreneurship & Innovation and is on the Advisory board to PSYKHE AI, a B2B platform powered by machine-learning and psychology that enables retailers to hyper-personalize their customer journey.
